EVIP · App redesign proposal
The Noodoe app becomes EVIP.
A new brand, a redesigned app and production-ready code, so charging with Noodoe feels as simple and premium as the chargers themselves.
Concept screens for this proposal only. The final design is created together with your team.
01 · Where the app is today
It works. It can feel so much better.
The current app does the essentials: find, scan, pay, charge. But the design dates back to 2019, and drivers are telling you where it gets in their way.

of the most recent reviews are one star. Most point to the same few moments in the app.
QR codes that won't scan, errors with no next step, and no easy way to get help.
What it will cost, and whether that charger is really available right now.
02 · Brand identity
The EVIP brand, built from the ground up.
Logo, app icon, color, type, guidelines and App Store graphics, created together with your team so EVIP sits naturally next to the new Noodoe website.

03 · The redesign
Every step, reimagined.
The same features drivers use today, redesigned around the moments that matter most. These are concept screens to show the direction, not the final design.
Know it before you go.
Three ways to start. One tap.
The price, before you plug in.
Your charge, on your Lock Screen.
A receipt worth reading.
Every charger, before you arrive.
Every fee shown clearly up front, with an estimate for the session.
See which chargers are open right now, before you drive there.
Scan, enter a station ID, or pick the charger from the map.
When something goes wrong, the app says exactly what to do.
Support one tap away, ready for Nia to answer drivers 24/7.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards and charging codes.
04 · AI inside the app
Optional add-on · see Investment ↓Meet Nia. Now in every driver's pocket.
Nia already answers Noodoe's calls and chats. In EVIP, every driver gets her too: a voice and chat assistant built right into the app, available 24/7, in any language. Drivers simply ask, and Nia handles it.
"Fastest charger on my way home?" Nia checks live availability, speed and price, then starts navigation.
What a session will cost before it starts, and exactly what was charged after.
"My session stopped." Nia checks the charger's status and walks the driver through the fix.
Start, stop and check on charging by voice, without touching a screen.
When a person is needed, Nia opens a ticket with the full conversation, so nobody repeats themselves.
Every question becomes insight: which stations confuse people, and what drivers ask for most.

Agency quality. Client pricing.
